Travel Photographer Arun Bhat wins HIPA photography award in Dubai

Arun Bhat's image of young monks chasing each other, was awarded the first prize in this year's major category - Life in Colours. The 2014-15 season of the competition saw 60,162 image submitted by 30,878 photographers from 166 countries.
